Bespoke software
A portal that replaced quote-chasing
A trade business was running quotes, job updates, and invoices across WhatsApp, email, and a shared inbox. Clients kept asking “where are we up to?” because nobody had a single answer.
The problem
Off-the-shelf CRMs were either too heavy or too generic. The owner did not need a sales pipeline. They needed a simple place for requests, quotes, approvals, and status — used by the office and by customers.
The approach
We mapped the real workflow on paper first, then built a small client portal: request in, quote out, approve, schedule, invoice. Staff got a compact admin view. Customers got a login and a timeline instead of a thread of messages.
The result
Quotes stopped disappearing. Clients could check progress without calling. The office stopped rebuilding the same update in three different places.

A consultancy site with a point of view
A specialist consultancy needed more than a brochure. The site had to explain a dense offer, rank for the right searches, and send the right enquiries — not every enquiry.
Bespoke softwareAn internal app for a spreadsheet-run company
A growing team was coordinating jobs, stock, and people in twelve spreadsheets. It worked until it didn’t: version conflicts, missed handovers, and a founder who was the only person who understood the system.
