A lot of agencies sell a custom site and deliver a dressed-up theme. A lot of software vendors sell a platform and ask you to change how you work. I started this practice because those two failures keep showing up in the same conversation.

I design and build the thing myself. That keeps the work honest: if a page is awkward, I feel it. If a workflow is clunky, I am the one who has to fix it. You are not passed between sales, project management, and a developer you never meet.

Background

I started as a graphic designer, then moved into building — websites first, then software. Now I ship both: custom sites that actually say what the business does, and internal tools that replace the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp stack. AI is part of the toolkit — it makes the work ship faster and lets me build smarter systems — but it is never the headline.
