A lot of agencies sell a custom site and deliver a dressed-up theme. A lot of software vendors sell a platform and ask you to change how you work. I started this practice because those two failures keep showing up in the same conversation.

I design and build the thing myself. That keeps the work honest: if a page is awkward, I feel it. If a workflow is clunky, I am the one who has to fix it. You are not passed between sales, project management, and a developer you never meet.

How I like to work

• Directly, in plain language, with a written scope
• On problems with a real business attached — not speculative apps
• With enough access to understand the work, not just the brief
• Over a few weeks or a few months, not a never-ending retainer by default
