Services

Websites when you need a presence. Software when you need a system.

I do not sell packages. The work is scoped to the job: a new site, a rebuild, a client portal, an internal tool, or a small product that does not exist off the shelf.

01

Custom websites

A custom website is not a prettier template. It is a site designed around your offer, your audience, and the action you need someone to take.

That might be a marketing site that finally explains what you do. A rebuild of something that has been patched for years. A membership area, a shop, or a site with a small piece of software sitting behind it.

This is a fit if you need

  • A site that does not look like everyone else’s theme
  • Copy, structure, and design treated as one piece of work
  • Pages that can rank, load quickly, and be edited without breaking
  • Forms, bookings, payments, or a CMS that matches how you work
  • A rebuild that keeps your traffic and does not throw away what already works

What I do not do

  • Wix / Squarespace / “we’ll just use a theme” as the product
  • Cheap five-page brochure sites with stock photos and no point of view
  • SEO theatre, ads management, or social posting retainers

02

Bespoke software

Bespoke software is for the work that generic tools almost do — and then fail at the exact point your business is unusual.

I build the small, sharp systems: client portals, quoting tools, internal dashboards, booking and job workflows, and the glue between the tools you already have.

This is a fit if you need

  • A client portal so people stop asking for updates
  • An internal app to replace a nest of spreadsheets
  • A workflow that off-the-shelf CRMs keep fighting you on
  • A custom feature inside or beside your website
  • Software that matches your process instead of forcing a new one

How I keep it sane

  • Map the real workflow before writing code
  • Build the smallest version that actually solves the problem
  • Leave you with something maintainable, documented, and yours

Working together

Fixed scopes. Clear communication. No mystery invoices.

Most projects are quoted as a fixed range after a discovery call. You get a written scope, milestones, and a single point of contact — me.
